This section allows you to add and manage the images, clipart, mask images, background images and patterns that are available on your Online Designer Studio when your customers choose to Browse Design or create a Custom Design for product personalization.
At a glance, you can check thumbnails of all the images with their titles, image names, keywords (if added any), and their category. Using the category filter you can easily search the images by category.
You can anytime add a keyword to the images and change their category using the pen-like icons. The images are divided into several tabs, where you can upload images of every kind.
Select the image category for the new image and upload multiple images under that category at once. Clear Queue button becomes useful if you are uploading multiple images and you need to stop the upload process in between.
You can also add "Keyword" while adding an image(s), these keywords will be used to search the specific uploaded image(s) on the designer studio using the search button.
You can see the listing of all the clip art uploaded in the system for the designer studio. You can add or delete SVG for clip art from the interface.
To add clipart, click on the ‘+Add’ button.
- Select the clip art category for the new clipart SVG and upload multiple SVG's under that category once.
- Also, enable the ‘Lock Uniform Scaling’ toggle because this option ensures that whenever you’re an SVG image is stretched then enlarging of the image is the same in all the directions.
Customers will be able to use these SVG files into the designer studio for template personalization and if there are less than 10 paths in the SVG they will also be able to change the color of the clipart.
Now, customers can also upload their SVG files into the designer studio and convert them into clipart files.
- For this, enable the setting in Designer Studio settings >> “Convert SVG to ClipArt.”
- When the toggle button is enabled and customers exports an SVG file from the Designer studio then they will get an option to convert the SVG file into Clip Art format.
- After file conversion, they can perform certain activities such as Fill Color, Align, Rotate, etc. on the clip art.
You can see the listing of all the Mask Images uploaded in the system for the designer studio.
To add a mask image, click on the ‘+Add’ button at the top right corner. Select the Mask category for the new Mask Image and upload multiple Images under that category at once.
Now, when a customer uploads a JPG image in the designer studio, they’ll get the option to apply ‘Mask & Border’ under the Edit section. These mask images will be listed under this section, where customers can choose to apply the Mask to their uploaded JPG images.

To add a background image, click on the ‘+Add’ button at the top right corner. Select the background category for the image and upload multiple Images under that category at once.
Designer Studio View –
You can see the listing of all the pattern Images uploaded in the system for the designer studio.
To add a pattern image, click on the ‘+Add’ button at the top right corner. Select the pattern category for the image and upload multiple Images under that category at once.
In the designer studio, customers will get the option to set repeat patterns in the background. They’ll also get the facility to adjust the pattern, padding, and opacity of the background.
