Enable Mailing List Services

We have configured three mailing list services namely USA-DATA, EDDM, and the third service of the uploading mailing list.

You can enable these services for your customers, go to –

Admin >> Store Configuration >> External Service Settings >> Mailing List Services

Note: To enable the mailing list services to contact the technical team.

USA-DATA – USA-DATA offers marketing and data services through easy-to-use SaaS technology products to help businesses execute marketing more efficiently.

To integrate USA-DATA into your system contact the technical team.

Note: Accudata available only in the enterprise version.

EDDM – EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) is a service by USPS. It offers a mass mailing service offered in the USA for mass marketing services and promotions services. With this integration, your end customer can perform both Printing and Mailing activity from your storefront only instead of going to different portals for each of the services separately. To understand the integration, refer to this link.

Upload Mail List – This will allow your customers to upload their mailing list in the form of a CSV file. Later on, you can download the file from Orders Section and take action as required. See more.

Also, for the CSV File Admin has the provision to update address fields like they can add field name, change labels, set mandatory fields, edit, or delete any fields and more. To get this provision, contact the technical team.
