Introduction
- All notable changes made in the B2B/Store Management in this release – OnPrintShopv9.0 are documented here.
- For you to check precisely what notable changes we have made in Store Management section. And what changes you can expect in the upcoming release - OnPrintShopv9.0.
- All the changes are only in the Admin Panel, there are no changes on the Front-Store.
- The Front-Store customers will not be impacted in any way by these changes, except for front-store login.
Renamed Terminology
Renamed ‘Store’ and ‘Default Store’ terminology
- From this release, across entire solution, ‘Store’ and ‘Default Store’ terms are renamed as ‘Store’ and ‘Default Store’ respectively.
- We have also replaced below keywords across the system:
Front-Store Login change
- Now, the any customers will be able to login into their Front-Store account only through their specific login URL.
- In other words, the store customers will not be able to login through Default Store(i.e. Default Store store). Earlier, this was possible, now we have removed this.
Revamped store ‘Markup’ feature
- We have revamped the existing ‘markup’ feature.
- You can configure the percentage markup as the following:
- Fixed
- Dynamic
- You will also have the facility to configure ‘Master markup’. Reference screen as below:
- Store-wise you will have the facility to configure any of the following markup type:
- Now, you have to configure the markup up once and it will be applied to both the following:
- Product price and
- Product’s option price
- Earlier you could apply separate markup to both product price and product option price. Now, same markup will be applied to both.
- In the Store, we have added a new tab – ‘Products Markup’, from where you can configure product-wise markup. Reference screen as below:
Removed extra sub-tabs from Product’s ‘View tab’
- We have removed the extra sub-tabs that was available in the Product’s View tab.
- We have removed following sub-tab from Product’s view tab:
- Product Price
- Images
Moved ‘Inventory’ & ‘Department’ menu & tab item
- We have removed ‘Inventory’ and ‘Department’ menu-item from Left Navigation bar >> Store Management.
- Also removed these individual tabs from the Store’s separate individual tab and moved them into newly added tab – ‘Configuration’.
Added new tab – ‘Configuration’ in Store
- We added new tab – ‘Configuration’ in Store:
- We have streamlined all the store configuration details into single place.
- In this new tab, you will have following card views to configure:
- Website Logo
- From here, you can set the store-logo.
- Earlier it was available in the store’s ‘Edit’ tab. Now we have removed those logo fields and moved them here into new ‘Configuration’ tab.
- Theme Configuration
- From here, you can configure the store specific theme.
- Earlier, it was available under store’s ‘Personalize’ tab. Now we have moved it to new ‘Configuration’ tab.
- Email Notification
- From here, you can decide which email notifications needs to be sent to the store.
- Earlier it was available in store ‘Edit’ tab as – ‘Disable Email Notification’.
- In this new email notification, we have provided all the email notifications necessary for the store. Earlier you could control only limited store email notifications.
- Settings
- From here, you can configure store specific site settings.
- Earlier, there was a separate individual store tab – ‘Settings’. It is now moved into new ‘Configuration’ tab.
- Pages Personalization
- From here, you can personalize following pages – Login, Registration and Reset Password.
- Earlier this section was available under store tab – ‘Personalize’. Now we have moved it to new ‘Configuration’ tab.
- Email Template
- This is a quick link for you to check all the email templates that are available to the store.
- Earlier, to check this the admin had to navigate to Content Management >> Email/SMS Notification and filter.
- Custom CSS
- From here, you can customize the store CSS.
- Earlier this section was available under store tab – ‘Personalize’. Now we have moved it to new ‘Configuration’ tab.
- Inventory
- From here, you can set the store’s inventory.
- Earlier, there was a separate individual store tab – ‘Inventory’. It is now moved into new ‘Configuration’ tab.
- SMS Notification
- This is a quick link for you to check all the SMS Notifications available to the Store.
- Earlier, to check this the admin had to navigate to Content Management >> Email/SMS Notification and filter.
- Website Logo
- Moved certain Store Setting
- Authorization for new registered users’ setting
- We have moved setting – ‘Enable authorization for new registered users?’ from store’s ‘Edit’ tab to new Configuration tab >> Settings card, as a store specific site settings.
- ‘Disable email notification’ setting
- We have moved setting – ‘Disable email notification’ from store’s ‘Edit’ tab to new Configuration tab >> Email Notification card.
- Authorization for new registered users’ setting
- Added new ‘Header filter’
- In the Admin Panel’s Header we have added new filter – ‘By Store’, along with existing ‘Login As’. Reference screen as below:
- These Header Filter will be available only for Super Admin.
- These filters in the header will be available on most of Admin Panel screens – Dashboard, Order Listing, Payment Request, View Quotes, Printer Quotes, Customer Listing, etc.
- This filters has two options:
- By Store:
- Through this filter Super Admin can filter the data displayed on the specific screen.
- When this option is selected the dropdown will list all the stores.
- Example: If Super Admin is on ‘Order Listing’ Page then they can check the order listing of different stores by selecting respective filter from the drop-down.
- Login As:
- This will work as existing
- It will list all the stores through which Super Admin can Login into the specific user’s account.
- It will not list the Business Partners.
- By Store:
- Replaced ‘User-type’ filter with ‘Store’ filter
- Throughout Admin Panel, wherever we had ‘User Type’ filter, we have replaced it with ‘Store’ filter.
- Reference screen as below:
- We have also modified the behavior of this filter. Now, when you filter the data, the result will include all the possible results. Earlier only exact match result was displayed.
- Example: If a ‘Product’ or ‘Store field’ is assigned to a specific Store, then on applying filter – ‘All Store’, the specific store results were not displayed.
- Now all the possible results will be filtered.
- Added a separate ‘Department’ filter
- Added a separate ‘User Groups’ filter
- Earlier, on customer listing screen, in the ‘customer user-type’ filter, we listed the following:
- Default Store specific guest and predefined options – Facebook, Google etc.
- Store and its department
- User Groups
- Now in this release we have:
- Removed – Default Store specific Guest & predefined options
- Added new filter – ‘User Group’
- It will list user-group, guest and common predefined options.
- Provided common filter option for predefined options – Facebook, Google, etc.
- This will be available regardless of user-type or configuration settings.

- Earlier, on customer listing screen, in the ‘customer user-type’ filter, we listed the following:
Discarded Features
The following features are removed from the system:
- Store Markup Price
- We have removed the store’s mass markup price setup page, which was earlier accessible from Store Management >> Store Listing screen >> ‘Store Markup Price’ button
- Promotional Message for All store
- Earlier the Super Admin could create Promotional message for both – Default Store and for All Store. Now we have removed this functionality.
- Now, Super Admin can create promotional message only for the ‘Default Store’.
