It’s a third party marketing tool for Admin to easily track customer activity on the website which will be helpful to analyze customer involvement and increase marketing in that direction. This tool is integrated into our system and will be available for use as an Add-on.
You can track various site activity details through Klaviyo such as –
- Website Activity - When customers visit your website.
- Viewed Activity - When customers view products.
- Checkout Activity - When visitors start the checkout process (used to trigger Abandoned Cart emails).
- Orders and Order Items Activity - Purchase events and the items that comprise those purchases.
To integrate Klaviyo into your system, all you have to do is create an account, complete the configuration process and generate the Public API Key / Site ID for your site.
Facebook Pixel Integration
It’s a code that is placed in website to collect data that helps you track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to customers who have already taken some kind of action on your website. The facility of this integration will be available by default under ‘External service settings’.
You can easily create pixel from the developer's site of Facebook and update the pixel code in the section provided in settings. You also get to select the Facebook pixel event that you wish to trigger into your website, the events are – Search, Add to Cart, Purchase, and Lead.
